Hello everyone and welcome to my art pageee. :)

My name is Hilary and I attend an art high school and art is practically my life. I'm also a writer/poet.
I'm 15 years old and live in CANADA. mY philosophy on life is that everything is such a mystery. I don't really think we come to earth to serve a distinct purpose, but create our own individual purposes. To love and to be loved is why we are created on this life. I do believe in some higher being, whatever that is I am not sure. I don';t believe in forcing religion down peoples' throats, but finiding your own belief. I am still searching for mine. I know god, or that higher spirit is out there. Some days the bottle half-full and sometimes it's half-empty. I'm happy some days. :) Whatever I do or how I'm feeling, I try not to be selfish or self pitying. I'm a person to come to if you have problems... I hope I can be a friend. :)

I enjoy painting and i hope that some of my expressionistic creativity can be seen in my works! I just want to make friends with other fellow artists and improve. I would deeply appreciate it if you took a look at my gallery and comment/critique some of my work. Thank you.

I've noticed that you already have this defined style, that's so loose and powerful...I saw your work that you submitted for gala, and right away I new it was yours just from the technique.
